c1975 PREOWNED VINTAGE SIGNED CHINA PLATE by FRANCES GREEN. It is signed on the bottom right front and the back. This is a rare piece that is comparable to the artist''s style of oils and pastels. The colors on the plate are soft pastels and the subject is landscapes. There are no chips nor missing color nor fading. It is in MINT condition. It measues: 9 1/2" Long and 61/2" Wide.
