halter top styler, the top is heading and embroidered with see through pieces of fabric near the neck line. bottom half of the dress is a navy blue tule material with a silky slip underneath. has been kept in a smoke free and pet free environment inside of a sealed bag. HAS NEVER BEEN WORN OUTSIDE OF THE STORE.
